All purchases are final sale. At this time, we do not accept returns or exchanges. All Beauty & the Babe purchases are nonrefundable. Any returns sent to us will not be eligible for a refund.

Damaged Boxes or Product

If your order arrives with a missing or damaged item, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery to request a replacement. For damaged items, e-mail us with a photo and description of the damage. If approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label and begin processing your replacement. Once the damaged item is received and inspected, a replacement will be shipped—subject to product availability. We aim to respond to all damage inquiries within 2–3 business days.
