Unfortunately, at this time, we do not accept returns or exchanges. All Beauty & the Babe purchases are nonrefundable. Any returns made to us will not be eligible for a refund.
Damaged Boxes or Product
If an item is missing from your order or damaged in transit, you must notify us within 72 hours of delivery to qualify for a replacement item. For damaged items, please email us with a photo and description of the damage, and we will send you a return shipping label. We will respond to you within 2-3 business days to assist with getting the item replaced. Once the item is received and inspected, a replacement item will be shipped back to you depending on product availability.
